Well, my dear brothers and sisters, it has now been some three plus months since we were together for Mom's funeral, and I have been feeling a strong urge to try to start something that will help to keep the ties strong that bound us together when Mom & Dad were with us.

Hello again to all.

Today has been a very melancholy day. Listening to the speakers in church talk about their fathers, I have spent the better part of the day reminiscing about Dad. The overwhelming feeling is one of wanting to tell him again of how much I love him and the desire to thank him for the example that he set for me. I am the man and father that I am due in large measure to him and Mom. I know that he had faults, but the way that he worked at overcoming them was one of the greatest legacies that he left to us. I love you all and just wanted to share these feelings with those who would best understand them.
